Goal 3 isn't in here yet. It will be by midday Monday, April 18. This is great writing, but does this not need to be more like the Best Project format with a brief introduction followed by a listing of the specific components or is the narrative format the best? I think the specific project services will stand out more if they are listed individually under a heading like the Best Grant.
